	NOTE: Minnesota Care premiums are restarting. Look for your bill in the mail and make sure to pay by the due date. You must pay on time each month to keep your health insurance. Don’t risk a gap in your health insurance. If you’ve moved, update your address, phone number and email today. It’s important so we can reach you when it’s time to renew your health insurance. Note: Payments made Monday through Friday before 5 PM, excluding holidays, will be credited on the same business day with the exception of the last business day of the month. Payments by telephone, online or in person must be made by noon on the last business day of the month to guarantee coverage for the following month. Payments made after 5 PM or on holidays or weekends will be credited the following business day.

Payments may be made by check/checking account and by credit or debit card (Discover, VISA and MasterCard only). NOTE: Prepaid debit cards such as prepaid Visa cards and gift cards are NOT accepted.
